Even while the Modesty Blaise newspaper strip was still running, there were quite a number of reprints over the years, the most prolific source being Comics Revue and Modesty Blaise Quarterly.

The philosophies behind the reprints differed, some intending to deliver high quality prints of the artwork, some wanting to make the stories available at all at an affordable price.
